USAID ORDERING PROCEDURES

Step One

Obtain clearance for the statement of work from the Water IQC II Cognizant Technical Officer (CTO).

Step Two

If this is a noncompetitive bid, provide ME&A with a task order proposal request in writing to include a description of intended services

Step Three

Draft a memorandum for the Task Order Contracting Office with a recommendation for award

Step Four

The Task Order Contracting Officer is responsible for negotiation of an award
