Illustrative water resource management global projects

The company is currently providing services in Iraq, including marshland studies, electrical distribution design/build projects in southern Iraq, and design/build of a new military installation in northern Iraq. This project involves design and build of all associated infrastructure including electrical distribution, potable water distribution, and sanitary sewer conveyance, treatment, and discharge. The firm is also actively working in Afghanistan, Belize, China, Honduras, Mexico, and numerous other international locations. Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure will provide project engineering (A&E) services for the team.

Recent assignments have covered a broad spectrum of water related projects. Examples include:

  • Development of water sector regulatory legislation in Bulgaria
  • Promotion of sector participation in water, sanitation, and solid waste services in Chongqing, China
  • Capacity strengthening the Regulatory Office of Manila's water and sewer system
  • Assistance to the Government of Jordan in developing a regulatory framework for their water and sanitation sector
